Shot a full blown commercial last weekend in 4K Cine EI slog3 cine, some on a jib, some slo mo, some kit lens, some metabones with Canon glass, switching in and out of 4K 24p, 60fps, and 1080 120fps a few times, reloading 4K settings from sd card in an instant. No issues. Shutter angle held at 180 all day. Just amazing looking images over a 16 hour day, all outside, in Texas heat. Used monitor LUT 709(800) and the director/agency people loved what they were seeing. Slog3 to VF and zebras at 62% for white. Spot on with exposure. I managed the media and dropped on a LUT in Sony Catalyst to playback, it was all gorgeous. The AC said later that when he couldn't see zebras very well in LCD (did not want loupe) he would set iris just under the Highlight warning--and this worked very, very well. In a pinch that can be trusted. Will post the spot after edited, but diggin' this FS7 and all it can do on the fly. I am a Cine EI convert. Thanks to all you guys on this board (Dennis, Alister, Ben, Doug) I was prepared on this shoot. When you know what settings to use ahead of time there are no surprises. Having more fun with the Art Adams hacked Amira/Alexa LUT via LutCalc this week. Just built it and loaded it today.
