Stuttering (shooting movement)

I am new to this site and forum, it looks very informative. Any idea why when I shoot a film (Nikon D800) I see any kind movement (panning or not) perfect on the camera screen, (even on an external 7"monitor) but when I output to a large LED HD TV (using HDMI cable) the movement is jerky? Same happens when I edit in Adobe Premier Pro CS6 - the movement looks smooth while editing, but if I export it as a H.264HD (1080) file the movement is jerky but smooth if I use 720 rendering (H264 again)? Thanks for your help!

I would say: either screen size is fooling you (it's easier to see stuttering on a bigger screen) or your playback is having issues (wrong codec, wrong player, or wrong settings)
you can try the following: upload a video to vimeo, watch it there windowed and at full screen; that way you get rid of the possible playback issues (if you don't see the issue on other vimeo videos from other people), and you can check if the bigger screen is what's making you see the issue

Thanks Samuel. The problems occurs only with 1080 resolution either on my computer or uploaded. With 720 everything is fine.

so, same screen, 720 is fine, 1080 is stuttering
then it's not the screen size fooling you
it can either be: playback doesn't work properly at 1080p, or your camera is dropping frames
another test: open footage in editor, scrub frame by frame to see if there's anything strange, like doubled-up or missing frames
