This is a little in reference to: http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=209824 but with some different data. I've come to conclude that it isn't necessarily Final Cut causing my problem. I do notice something every time there is a jitter/stutter/whatever you want to call it - every time it does this weird hiccup in the video, I notice the frame rate on the playback drops by a hair - for example, playing back 720p60 at 59.94, it may drop down to around 56.xx (the lowest I've seen was 53.xx).
I don't know if this is a camera issue or an issue with my media or what. Any tips/ideas/suggestions I'd be most appreciative!
--- update note: After more tests, I notice that (except for a few clips) I usually can't seem to get the stutter to re-occur at the same location during playback (playing back the original mts files, or the imported files), except for one where the stuttering is real bad..
