Stuffed up Sound lol

hey guys, having a lil problem.. i recorded a lil clip of my neice at her talent quest, and when i try to play back the sound on the computer its not working :( i imported the clip into CS4 and its just blown out, levels were way too high.. (1st time i used it outside.. sorry) when i play sound in the camera it sounds ok, the onboard mic has recorded it at an acceptable level i guess.. is there anyway i can export the clip using the sound from the internal mic??
also anyone know where i can learn about using sound with the AF100? i may have missed it on barrys dvd, so ill skip through it again lol

any help would be sweet.. thanks in advance, sorry for noobiness :cheesy:
 
Assuming you had the onboard mic selected as record source on one of your channels, you'll be able to split off the audio in the edit. Just deselect the distorted channel and you'll be left with the onboard one.
