Stuff (non-gear) to have for a location shoot

I have been asked to help for about 10 days on a shoot about 2 hours away. The producers are first timers at something of this scale (although very prepared so far). I was trying to help them out with a list of the things that you want to make sure you have, outside of gear. This is what I got. Anything to add?

First Aid Kit
Aspirin/Ibuprofen/Tylenol (you’ll need ‘em)
Pepto/Tums/Maalox (You’ll need these even more)
Allergy pills/Benadryl (they work on a lot of things)
Sunscreen
Bug repellent
Flashlights (with batteries)/candles(with lighter/matches)

Paper Towels
Toilet Paper
Kleenex
Dish Soap (for more than just dishes)
Windex (Dirty windows look bad in a shot)

Extra towels and toiletries (soap/shampoo/toothpaste/etc)

Cash for incidentals

Paper Plates
Plastic Cups
Utensils
Condiments/pepper/salt, etc
Foil/plastic wrap/baggies
Trash bags

Canopy/Umbrella
Folding Chairs/Table
Fan(s)
Fire Extinguisher
Cooler(s)
Broom

Printer (for script changes)
Extra paper
Pens/sharpies
clipboards

Small tool kit/screw/nails

Everyone on set should have a list of phone numbers of cast and crew.
Local Hospital (also have directions)
Police (non-911)

Ice can also be an issue if they don’t have an ice maker. Extra Ice trays can be helpful.

Lots and lots of water.

Hand-cuffs......

Jokes aside, if you are shooting at night having 2-4 worklights to clean up things and not forget anything is interesting. That way you can turn off all the actual lights that will be used to film and put them back into the truck/car/van/RV.

A bit of an aside but worth mentioning: Tagging all equipment and keeping a couple of lists that are checked prior to and at the end of each day's work.
