I just want to respond to the post on page 1 where you mention the FloLight 330w.
I have that light and am ok happy with it, but to my dismay I found out not so long ago, that when you dim it down a lot, you start getting that fluorescent flicker along with a nasty little buzzing that is very audible on recordings.
I don't know wether my light is faulty or not, but after that I try to stay as close to full power with it as possible.
