so i just received my copy of studio monthly magazine(formerly av video multimedia producer) and on the front cover says there's a tutorial for the dvx100a. so i flip through the pages and...whoa! our beloved barry green giving his 30p slow mo tutorial....=) congrats barry! you look like a young harrison ford... ;D

i haven't been on much lately so i apologize if this has already been mentioned!( i did a search though! ;))

i have a subscription so i might've got it before it hits news stands. great to see you on the mag barry. :D any upcoming appearances in any other publications?

I love this site and check it often. I happen to be the Publisher of Studio Monthly. I'd love to hear feedback that you may have. I used to be the Publisher for DV for nearly 10 years. Would love to hear your comments whatever they are.

How much is the subscription? Do I give you my information to start it, or sign up on the website you listed?

Also, if I subscribe now can I still get the issue discussed here, with the Barry Green article?

I have about 50 copies in my office here. If anyone wants them they can email me at sgentry@accessintel.com. I'll put them in the mail for you. To subscribe, you can go to that URL and fill out the qualification form. It's free so long as you qualify. If you're on this site, I'm sure you would qualify.

My copy showed up in the mail today, it's sitting right here still waiting for me to read through everything! Looks great!

And yes, Barry does kinda look like Harrison Ford! ;D

Yeah I got that too
and first I saw the header "how to with the DVX100a"
and then on the side it was Barry Green

I was like wow, so that's him

this site will start getting more hits because of that magazine


looking foward to next tutorial
