Studio matte box on FS700 - help - rods don't go past matte box

So I got this giant future-proof matte box that takes any kind of cine lens.
What disturbs me is that they have to sit at the end of the rods so when I what to fit a lens with a different length I have to move the camera and not the matte box.
I don't even know if that's a bad thing but in my mind it seems to be.
Any thoughts?

Does the mattebox swing open to let you change the lens? That 2nd picture looks like there are two screws/fasteners that you can undo, and should let you swing the mattebox out of the way

Yeah, I can swing it open.
I think I have to raise the camera if I want to have the matte box freely moving back and forth.
I'm playing around with it and it's less a problem that I thought. Since I only have two lenses. Lol.
Fixed size cinema lenses won't be a problem. Otherwise I have to either move the camera or the rods when I need to attach a lens with a different length.
As it turns out it's kind of easy.
I think it's the price I have to pay if I want to use a matte box that's made for even the most giant lenses out there. FUTURE PROOF!!!
