Student TV Competition

I work at a Student TV channel in Norway. Each week we do a contest. The rules are pretty simple. We at Student TV remake (mimic) a famous scene from a famous film. But we make a little twist to it. We have over 70 employees so it's a long time between each time I make a contest contribution. But here is one I shoot with the HVX in standard DV-PAL 25p on tape. It came out OK. Have a look. I love to get feedback.

I love the opening shot. I would have liked to see it hold on the that shot a little longer though so you could see their faces. Even better would have been if you had just panned up to only their feet in that shot. Was that shot hand held or did you use a steadycam?

Thanks a lot

Well, the opening shot I did handheld by zooming max into the ground to get max dof. I did it very slow so that I where able to use to Shake to stabilize it in post. But it turned out fast enough so that I didn't need to speed it up.
