Strobing while still (not panning)

Day 2 with new DVX100A. Decided to do some quick rack focusing tests, and noticed something unusual. In the kitchen test in the clip below (after the blinds), watch the wall on the left side by the window, it is strobing. I could actually see this in the LCD. Any idea what is causing this? This was just a quick test using existing lighting in the kitchen (daylight mixed with indoor lights). What causes this, and how do you resolve this issue. I'm thinking shutter speed, but not sure.

I could not see much in the wmv but possibly the high exposure level of the window (burn out) is overdriving the ccds and the monitor. ( A voltage "clipping: effect in my opinion)
