GH2 Strobing Effect?

Can anyone help with this? A friend of mine shot with my GH2 and all of his footage came back like this. Dont mind the grain he for some reason had the ISO at 3200 and compensated with ND. http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?t9xettdgjytmbi3
