All,

Am getting some sort of interference or strobing effect on my DSLR when recording. They are like some lines rolling from the bottom to the top of the screen.

I Followed the 180 rule, and I was using a 1000wt fluorescent light and still getting the strobe effect. is there anything else i need to double check.

yes: the 180 rule is approximate, much more important than that is that you have to set a shutter speed that does not create flickering with your lights

check the link I posted up there

Whiat is your countries region? remember PAL and NTSC run differen Hz. 50/60hz respectively.

Adjust footage region to pal/ntsc, adjust shutter speed and FPS to match your regions Hz.

Ie: 50hz PAL region, set DSLR to PAL, and match shutter speed until you are rid of Hz 'flicker'
