Strange lens or camera behavior

Hello!

Today I noticed a strange behavior from my FS100 which is equipped with a kit lens - I had the lens set to 150mm or so and when I did a quick pan or any other camera movement the picture in my LCD screen continued moving in that direction I had moved the camera. Even though the physical camera movement was stopped. This extra movement continued for a short moment - a half a second or less. I didn't see this behavior when the lens was set to a wide angle, only on big numbers. And this strange behavior seized after a while and camera seems to function right at the moment. Any ideas what could cause this glitch? I'm afraid this may come back again...

well there's always a slight lag between what's going on in front of the camera and what you see on the LCD, could be that, or maybe try turning off image stabilizer if it's on and see if that makes a difference?

I would agree that it's the SteadyShot - there can be quite a bit of drift when it's set on "Active" with the kit lens at longer focal lengths.
