Strange image problem with Sony PMW-200

I just rented a Sony PMW-200 for the first time and have had a strange image issue.

While recording a presentation, the skin tone of the subject changes in the middle of shooting.

Iris, focus and WB all set to MANUAL
1920x1080 30p @ 35 MB per sec
Shooting wide open @ +9 DB
Light is from florescents (above). No additional artificial light.

Admittedly the video is over-exposed, but the colour shift is something new to me. With everything set to
manual, I just don't know why it's happening.

Below is a link to the video. You can see the shift/exposure change starting at 3 secs and then again at 16 sec.

Any idea why this is happening?

Thanks.

Looks like auto-knee to me, and is a good illustration of why you shouldn't shoot with the camera's default picture profile settings. All kinds of strange things will happen when you over-expose the standard gamma curves with knee turned on.
The number one thing to remember with all of Sony's camcorders: NEVER use the default paint settings.

Over exposure is bad but... This can happen with any camcorder under fluorescent lighting - its color temperature can float, when AC voltage feeding the lights is changing. I had it 10 years ago shooting with PD-150 with manual WB during a hot summer day in a room with air conditioners on. I thought my camera failed but later somebody explained me, what happened. Actually, it never happened with me again...

The lady is holding remote control, which changes a projection. Color changes depends on the projection and on the bad exposure.
