Strange Green Line

I shot a feature in 1080i 24pa and edited it in FCP. About 5% of my clips have a strange green line running across the top of the frame. From what I understand, this is possibly an FCP or Mac bug. Assuming that's the case, how do I get rid of the green line? I hear that if you play these same clips on a PC, the green (or pink) line will not be present. Any ideas?
 
Phil: I've shot hundreds of hours of material now (mostly 720/24pn but some 1080i and 1080/24p) on P2 cards, and edit in FCP 6, and have never experienced what you've described. I have a friend, who is primarily an editor, and he is unaware of any issues with FCP and DVCPRO HD, but stranger things have happened.
