strange bars

i take some images with my pana agdvx 100 ae
Afterwards i work with premiere pro and after effects
I create a dvd with the adobe media encore
And watching in an external t,v . these images sometimes appear white bars and edges distorsionated
can anybody help me??

It could be a problem with the tapes??
Generally i get tdk minidv tapes.
But this problem is only in some of my works
