stopwatch effect in premier?

Looking for a way to create a timer in premier pro. Client wants to show stopwatch or timer over splitscreen video of two different people building the same thing... have the vid produced but now trying to figure out timer.

well for thier purposes seconds... frames wouldn't be neccessary. The total time is 4:54. It is for a product demonstration Video for a new kind of construction material..
