Stop Motion Animation SHAKE

I was just playing around with some stop motion animation with my EX1. One shot was really zoomed in and every time I hit the record button for a single frame, tha camera shook/shaked. Are there cheap remotes we can buy or other items to avoid touching the camera while shooting?

I hope you haven't thrown out the box the EX1 came in yet, because if you rummage around you'll find a handy little IR remote control It has a record button!

Thanks! I remeber getting one of those for an older camera. I bet the EX1 came with one and I just forgot about it. It's time to start looking!

just a reminder that every time you turn the camera off you have to go back into the menu and turn the remote back on
