Stock footage incompatibility

I have a question that I'm not sure fits in this forum, but here it goes. I'm editing my projects on FCP in NTSC 23.98p anamorphic. When I browse the various stock footage sites, they seem to be all in30p format.

I really want to use stock footage, but I don't know how people get around this problem.

2 options. Convert the 30p to 24p with Nattress Film Converter plug-in.

Or, edit in 30p. When you add 24p to a 30p project, it adds an extra pulldown frame and plays back just fine in NTSC. Doing the reverse though, adding 30p to 24p, you lose frames and it looks jerky.

Or if you already have after effects, videocopilot.net has a conversion in their tutorials. Otherwise the site above is cheaper.
