Stills from short film

Most of the film takes place in a dark garage, so when the door opens I wanted a harsh, blue morning light to flood in. It's an extreme, expressionistic chice that makes sense for the story I'm telling. Plus it looks cool. I basically just left the white balance set for indoors and the daylight went blue.

Nice! Anything you can disclose about the story/plot?

Looks kind of scifi/28 Days Later ish.

Thanks again. Look forward to the finished product if you're able to post it/something.

btw, are you shooting Cineframe 24/25? Deinterlacing in post or being truly punk and going for the interlaced?

It's science-fiction, kind of twilight zone-ish. My current title is SINGULARITY. I don't want to give away too much, i'll just say if you read any Kurzweil or Charles Stross you'll have an idea of the subject matter. Should have it done in a few weeks. I'm shooting 60i and will de-interlace in post, most likely with the nattress filters.
