Filmed two interviews today for a BBC doc and thought I would share what you can get straight out of the camera with no grading.
Settings were:
25P
Able Norm profile (Cine 3, detail off, custom color, etc.) Andy has them up on their blog.
ProRes 422 10 bit from a Ki Pro Mini
Nikon manual focus 85mm 1.4 ais shot at f4 for first subject and 2.8 for second.
The first still/Intrvw was white balanced with a white card at about 4700, the second shoot(Caucasian) was balanced with a Vortex Media 1/2 Warm card. That brought it up to 5100 if I remember correctly.
In case any one is wondering, they didn't ask for it be shot with a external recorder to meet their minimum standards. Those "rules" seem to be suggested rather when it comes to certain productions.

*Edit: Just looked at the stills here after I uploaded and posted. They look like hell compared to the original jpg's. Soft, mushy and blocky.
