Still Photos with Hack?

Just received my GH1! Before hacking it, I was wondering if still photography is possible with a hacked camera. Or is it just a video camera now?

yes. no changes in the still mode, you could try and read a little.

RAW is a bit heavy when timelapsing on a trip.
