Still frames

What is the best method to obtain the highest quality still frames from AVID? This is for promotional purposes, box art, etc. They need to be clean, HQ stills.

Export as Tiff or TGA is what I always do.

In my experience, video screen grabs are a terrible choice for promotional material and box art...unless you want an image with a "video" look. Even after deinterlacing the image the resolution isnt print quality....best to have someone on set taking production stills.
