I think I might have misplaced the safety tether, but I'll look around. It's in perfect working condition as I've only used it for a single shoot 2 years ago. It's just been sitting there since and I doubt I'll be using it again since my rig is too heavy now for it.
I've gotten a lot of questions in the weight capability of this so I'll just post the general answer here and in the opening post:
This sticky pod is comfortable for handling anything up to the current crop of prosumer cameras (i.e XH-A1, HVX, HPX170 etc.). In fact I originally bought it to use with an A1 and it worked just fine. The DSLRs goes without saying since they're so light. This is for the BARE cameras only, not for a full adapter rig or anything like that.
And of course this is all assuming that it was installed and used correctly on your particular vehicle so I take no responsibility if something happens to your gear.
