Step-by-step DIY Kino instructions

I don't want to spend any time with wiring or hooking up a lot of wire stuff. My skills are building things, but not wiring. The wife would agree.
Would this be a good setup? Make sure you watch his 3rd video!

Joe Eldemon's setup with Lithonia Lighting Industrial 6-Light High Bay Hanging Fixture - Home Depot
I was wondering what would be better for bulbs
[h=1]Philips 20905-6 - F32T8/TL950[/h][h=2]32 Watt - T8 - 20,000 Hours - 2,000 Lumens - 5000K Full Spectrum - 900 Series Phosphors[/h]
I can get that at 1000bulbs.com at 7.15 each
and in Joe Edelman's video is says he got his bulbs at home depot and they are Philips 32 watt 48 inch daylight delux t8 bulbs.
It looks to be the same bulb, and I don't have to buy 25 of them from 1000bulbs.com

So in his video he says this produces great light, no flicker, and I assume it would work great for video.
So anyone tell me why this would not be a good idea instead of spending hundreds on a name brand light?

My main concerns is no flicker, no heat, low cost, and good light source.
I really don't see any other DIY light project on the web that offers a better way or deal. I think you could even add a diffuser in front if the light is to bright, instead of a dimmers. And with his setup, I could be creative to add a barn door.

Where would be a good inexpensive place to get a egg grid to fit this?
