Looking for the "Stellar Lighting Systems STL-232R LED Ring Light"

*From my research, this is the only one that attach onto the front of the lens and will work on a S35 sensor with a Tokina 11-16 lens
If you maybe even know a store that sells this locally in Ontario, that would work too. But I had no results.
