STEALTH: Gunjumping.

I predict that I will not be seeing this movie.

I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna be right on this one.

Oh well, let's see if Stealth actually does well enough to warrant a sequel = Stealth Too !
If there's a sequel...It's going to be Too Stealth...heh

Didn't you learn anything from Too Fast Too Furious?

I am going to see it today, but if Vin Deisel pops his cue ball into a single frame in a cameo in this thing, I am going over to the Must Love Dogs auditorium.

(My daughter is a nut for aerial dogfight/pilot movies and games and stuff.) I will let you know how many of you are correct on this thread. :)

You are all right, in your own ways...there are some pretty cool cambat scenes, though. But, yeah, I was seeing Iron Eagle and Top Gun, all the way. The similarities didnt bother my daughter one bit as she wasnt even an idea when those movies came out.

Stealth did terribly this weekend, and I can see why. This movie sucked. Bad. Have the **** doesn't make sense, and the acting and story are very predictable.

Then there are movies like Wedding Crashers, which is doing very well. I loved this movie, because it was great, and you can just go in and see the movie and relax.

Yeah, well, I took my churchlady mom to see WC and didnt know what I laughed at more...the movie or my mom trying not to laugh.

you know, i was rooting for this movie to fail, because I believe it embodies a lot of the things that are wrong with hollywood. It was only sold because of the classic "It's 'this' meets 'this'" pitch formula. And the idea itself was terribly cheesy. But for some reason, I rented it, and after watching the well done documentary on the making of the film, I felt pretty bad. Rob Cohen seems like a real cool down-to-earth (no ironic pun intended) guy who cares about doing the best possible job on his films. The guy just miscalculated what the mass audiences wanted. It also reminded me of how many people work their asses off in making a film a reality, and how the audience couldn't care one stinking bit.

Oh, and as far my film review. Yes, it sucked.

my cousin thinks this is one of the greatest movies ever.... *shivers*, that having been said he doesnt know what makes a great movie.. he thinks because you see someones butt in a film it makes the whole thing bad and unwatchable.. when it comes to movies he's an idiot. I on the other hand have NO inclination to see this movie. it looks HORRIBLE! i cant believe jamie foxx agreed to do this film... just unbelievable...

I'm more a fan of the Shukuzi Wantan stories (see Hong Kong Revival); the director Kan Wan Wang is incredible. Makes the Ring look like childs play and makes John Woo look like Spielberg.

Best film out of era?
