Sorry, forgot to update this here. The Merlin sold several weeks ago via Craigslist.
{SOLD}: Steadicam Merlin
Price: $SOLD OBO + Shipping (PayPal may require addt'l 3% to cover the fee)
***Serious offers will be considered***
Included: Merlin, all weights, tripod plate, and compact carrying case
I'm selling my Steadicam Merlin that I bought last year and only used a handful of times. It just doesn't get enough use when we shoot, so I'm letting it go. I bought this Merlin to replace the Glidecam 2000 Pro, which was just too hard to balance and keep that way. I've found the Merlin fairly easy to use and to balance. The minute adjustments allowed by the Merlin makes for easy setup and changes in the field if you need to tilt the camera up, down, or side to side.
The primary setup I've used on the Merlin is a Canon 7D with the 14mm Rectilinear lens, which provides for a great image.

*Pictured Manfrotto Quick Release plate not included
