Star Wars credits effect

How do you do this perspective credits trick in any NLE like Premiere, Vegas, etc. ?

I mainly use Premiere Pro, but the transition or filter is probably standard issue across all NLE's.

Please help since I need to bang this out quickly.

Hmm, I've never tried it with PPro. But, if you have After Effects, that is DEFINITELY the way to go.

If you have a buddy with a Mac, there's a preset in iMovie to do exactly that. I believe it's called the "far, far away" preset or something like that.
