stable settings for avchd 1080p

Can anybody tell me the latest stable settings for avchd 1080p i have a class 6 transcend card? I dont have to tick the 24p wrapper am happy making the tedious pull down for my 24fps timeline.I use the FD lenses,contax G, and leica 28mm R lens.
