Stable HDMI Connection Solution between 7D and Monitor?

Hi Guys,

I am using a Canon 7D and a 22" Dell Monitor over HDMI at the studio. The Problem is that if I move just a litlte bit the hdmi cable, so I loose the display and loose time everytime.

I am searching a cheap solution for this issue.

What would you suggest?

You could try a right angle adapter and add a female to female adapter to extend it.

Most expensive would be to get a Cube - Teradek and send the signal over, but from what I read its not real time.
