Squeezing a 32gb card onto a 25gb Blue-ray

We routinely shoot over 25gb on our 32gb cards which presents a problem backing up onto our 25gb Blue-rays. We are a run and gun operation with no time to sort though shots in the field. Turn around is rapid fire so we really need to find the best way to dump some of our files onto 1 Blue-ray and the balance onto a second disc. 50gb Blue-rays are not an option. Has anyone found a solid resolution to this issue?

I don't know of something that is portable for run and gun but we are looking into picking up the Rimage product line. This would be a system that you would have back at the office but it has a P2 archive client built in to the software so that you can back up as many P2 cards you want that would span over multiple DVDs or Blu-Rays. The system is completely robotic and it includes a very nice printer. So once the burn is complete, it will print a the time and date on the disc along with whatever title you give it and a thumbnail of the first and last clip directly to the clip. It's very nice.
