I am not aware of anyone offering 72mm screw-in split-diopters---- and control over the orientation is required to align the split vertically, horizontially etc.
I suspect you would need to go to Series 9 split-field diopters and a 72mm to Series 9 adapter ring. These are available from Schneider, Tiffen for sure and perhaps others.
