speedbooster ultra?

Brian,
Thanks very much, and thanks for responding to questions on these boards. I had to read up on MTF curves to understand how to read those but that was long overdue for me anyway. Very impressive improvement on the Ultra.
I have a few additional questions (some which I incidentally also sent to metabones in an email.)

1- Those graphs were I assume for one lens only . Are the differences between the old speed booster and the new one as illustrated there typical for most lenses or did you pick a lens that the old speed booster had trouble with ( for example one whose exit pupil distance was difficult for the old speed booster)?

2. It would be even more interesting to see the mtf graphs of the same lens (any lens) before speed booster and then with speed booster added (especially the Ultra).

3. I think most of us non-techs would like to see actual photo comparisons to really get a sense of the difference the Ultra makes. More convincing to see the pudding.
In scouring the web I 've found a lot of confusion as to whether speed booster improves the performance of the lens or degrades . My guess is that at least the older version may have done a little of both - improved resolution in the center but had more trouble as you moved to the corners, and that it varied with different lenses. However that guess is based on nothing but reading as I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

4. Another question I've had some trouble visualizing is whether there is any difference in the field of view or angle of view on an APS-C camera of an original 35mm lens designed for APS-C or a 50mm FF lens using speed booster.
I guess I'm wondering if for the purposes of video production I would be getting 2 lenses for the price of one and if I could intercut them in a dramatic scene.
