Speedbooster Bug

Hi guys, Just noticed some Bug on my speedbooster. If i set the aperture to f16 and turn off the camera it wont go off. Can you confirm if yours do that ?

At my work we have 10 fs700s never have heard of that bug. Although we have plenty of other problems with the speedbooster, like getting loose and not controlling aperture, not being consist with build quality and losing focus when it gets loose. Im really wishing there was another option, because the metabones mount has been shaky at best.

I've had speedbooster do this, once or twice, but, pulling the battery and re-booting always seems to make the problem go away. Like I said, it hasn't happened very often. And come to think of it, it was with the old firmware, only.

I have had issues with a speedbooster and a particular 24-70 at work doing this. Not sure why it happens but like Cuervo said, pulling the battery seems to fix it.

yes pulling the battery works. But when i do the same exact thing again it doesn't goes off. I have to upgrade the firmware since i still have an old version with the flicking when changing aperture. Is that solved too with the latest firmware ?

Back before the speedbooster, I had the MkII Metabones adapter. I found it would randomly stop down to f/22 on some of my lenses. No cause, no warning, mid-take. That was a deal breaker for me. They updated the firmware for me, but I was still hesitant to trust it. I sold my Canon mount lenses and switched to Nikon. It's a lot easier to trust a physical aperture ring than a possibly buggy piece of firmware.
