If you're not a do-it-yourselfer, there is a guy here in Phoenix that makes these: http://www.danadolly.com/ I am about to buy one.
$599 with the end brackets and a 75mm and 100mm bowl. Rails aren't included but you can buy a pair locally for about $3.50 a foot for schedule 40 aluminum pipe. He has the wheels machined down so they are perfectly the same size so there is no bounce. He lent me one to try out. It has got to be the smoothest quietest thing I have ever used. I am pretty handy and I was thinking of making my own but it would have cost me about $350 for the parts and another $75-100 to have some fabricating done. It would have taken me a few days to put it together so I decided just to buy it. Put it on a pair of low boy stands with wheels and you're good to go. Check out the sample links on his website and no I don't get any kickbacks.
