GH3 Speed Booster - Reliability / Performance?

I am wondering what the Reliability and Performance is of the Speed Booster for the GH series of cameras?

In Reliability I mean the ability to do frequent and fast lens changes without damaging the speed booster. Can we do lens changes without powering down the GH? Do dumb lenses work ok with the speed booster as well?

In terms of Performance, do we get exactly the same range in manual focus performance (i.e. minimum focus distance and infinite?). How high maintenance is the glass within the Speed Booster? Does it get dirty quick and need frequent cleaning?

It is first rate in all categories. The finest lens purchase I have ever made.

Yes and with some cages you have to remove it. ie. Wooden camera small DSLRs cage.

I have speedboosters on my GH4s. I keep them permanently on them because I own all Nikon glass. I treat them as if they are part of the camera. SOLID accessory to any camera. You'll have no buyer's remorse with these.
