Specs for an editing room

I´ll have a room only for editing in about 6 months. It may have a lot of time, but I have no idea about the specs - and there´re a lot:

1- editing desk
2- special walls for sound isolation
3- lighting
etc

Do you know any articles or threads about these issues?

Thanks!

I know this has been discussed before, but I'm not going to do the dirty work for you. Try a search on "editing desk", and "acoustic treatment" and "lighting" and you should be able to find what you need. I know that for an editing room, one of the most important things viewing wise, is to make sure that no lights/weird color schemes are going to interfere with the accuracy of your monitors.

Jay Rose(?) has a book on audio for filmmakers.
He goes into the specifics of audio in an editing. (angle oone of the walls, etc)
You also need to think if yyou're going to have clients in the room.
Some of the larger editing/effects suites havea couch and table with monitor for the clients to check.
