I'm looking to buy a new HVX200 and get the free 8Gig P2 card rebate.

Has anybody dealt with or bought an HVX200 from Specialized Communications / www.spec-comm.com?

They seem to have the best deal on an HVX200 right now at under $5,193 out the door, with an extra and US free shipping.
 
Spec-comm Rocks! They are great. Great prices, great service, and will go above and beyond what one would normally expect in the way of customer service. You can't go wrong with them. If you get the camera from them, and I am wrong I will eat my foot.

I just sent them my cashier's check today, and that's after having spoken to
the guys at EVS and AbelCine. So yeah, buy from them, Jasmine rocks.

aw man i am sick that they have that promotion going on right now where you get an 8GB card with your purchase. i bought mine last month for the same price from them. damn. i shoulda waited. :crybaby:

stormfactory i also had a good experience with them. jasmine was cool. my camera and p2 card came in a few days. fresh out the box. :thumbup:
 
last month? as in October? I don't want to jack this thread, but the p2 card rebate is good for anyone who purchased the cam 10/1/2006 - 12/31/2007. Just FYI.

my mistake. i just checked my invoice (ran to it actually) and realized it says Sept 20th. i was off by 10 days. damn. felt like a month ago. :(

thanks for the heads up anyway though. :dankk2:
