Speaking of good guitar players...

Kids these days keep surprising me. I also just looked at some art a local 12yr old kid did. ( Or was that the 9 year old?) Whew. Maybe I'll post a pic.
Where the hell was I when they were handing out the talent, ha.

Good guitar player. I used to like Jeff Beck way back also. I still like Eddie Van Halen.

Yeah she's pretty good. I hope all her fans are as smart as the first guy who said "A-W-S-O-M-E" - that made my day.

Beck is a very good guitar player. So is Eddie, though I'm not a huge VH fan myself.

I'm working on being a professional guitar player. I've been playing for close to 20 years, so I've got a some experience. I'm trying to get lessons from this guy:

He's also got a youtube page:

I emailed him about private lessons yesterday and I'm waiting to hear back. I'll let you know if I do.

Have you got anything recorded?

My band just finished recording our album a few weeks ago, took us about 8 months total, but that's mainly because we got a sweet deal on the studio as our friends is one of the owners so we had to go by his schedule when it wasn't busy. Should sound great, I can't wait to hear it. I play the bass.

I don't have anything recorded. But I've been working on setting up a home recording studio, so I'll be recording stuff as soon as I figure out how everything works.

That's cool that you finished recording recently. You have any links to stuff like a myspace page or anything? I'd love to check it out.
