TITLE: Speculative Affection by Faith Friese Nelson. Based on a story by Robbie Comeau.

Characters: Two 20-something women, one 20-something male, and a landlord (currently written as an older woman but the role is not gender specific and could be changed).
Location: Apartment interior including living room, kitchen, bathroom. Park. Efficiency apartment. Cheap motel room. Apartment mailbox area.
