Howdy! My name is Juan Maestas, and I live in SLC, UT. I've just finished up a project and gave it an online premiere last week. I'd love to have some critiques. One thing- I realize the video quality isn't ideal- I'm interested in how you feel about the sound design, the editing, the direction, performance, and story.
Southside was shot on an Canon AH-1X, with pickup shots and exteriors using an Canon HV20, in very, very low-light and available light.
The story synopsis: A corporate researcher's worst nightmare comes true when his superiors take interest in his daughter's special ability.
