Southern California January Meeting.

It is finally going to happen. The first Southern California DVX User meeting.
What: We will be getting acquainted and talking about how independent filmmakers can use the dvx100 to make movies. There will be a discussion on independent distribution and about the proposed film festival here in Orange featuring DVX100 films.
When: This coming Thursday January 15th at 7:30pm.
Where: Diedrich Coffee
44 Plaza Square
in historic old town Orange.
For directions go to mapblast or mapquest and look up;

It is in the center of old town on the South West side of the circle.
On more note.
I have already contacted the DVX100 product specialist from Panasonic about February. She wants a list of topics the users wish to have addressed in February. This Thursday a short survey will be taken so I can send the results to her before she comes in February.

I am going. And I spoke to Gary C. and David T. and they both said they were attending the meeting.

See my post in the cafe.  I cant do THIS one (wife preparing new line for ASR this wekend!  This puts me in the company of my son)

I think this is a great idea and will def be attending future meetings.

Darn it, it looks like I can't make it :'( Please let us know how it went. Maybe next month we could do it mid afternoon on a Saturday? 8)

Hey, that's today!

(sorry I've been off-line a few days)

In the future it would help to have a little more warning, especially if it's mid-week. I won't be able to make this one, but I'm glad things are rolling...
