yes and it is very easy. I actually made my own camera case out of a molded plastic tool box for my HVX. There are several options depending on what is avalible. For simple dividers I would us corrigated sign plastic. It is cheap and could be had at any sign manufacture. Try doing a google search for coroplast. If you want to make more of a padded case go to the local craft store and by a giant roll of urathane foam. make sure it is 1in thick. Use spray adhesive to keep every thing in place. Just cut the foam and layer so that what ever you are making the case for is cradled in thick foam on all sides and is tight and secure. It cost me $30 to make a case that I trust checking at the train or airport.
