source for spiffy metallic equipment inventory stickers?

...kind of like one might see on hospital equipment, that display company name, phone, and a SN# or the like, and can't be scraped off with ease. Not having much luck sourcing the things in quantities not into the 100's.
 
A Google search of "tamper proof inventory label" and "fixed asset tags" turned up several companies making them.

The labels you're looking for don't require lamination, but could benefit from solvent based or eco-solvent based printing on professional application vinyl material. The combo of solvent ink and pro vinyl will be scratch resistant--not scratch proof. Scratch proof would need lamination and adding an extra cost. You could try local sign shops who have large-format printing and cutting equipment. They may be your best resource for small run projects. Or, pm me and I may be able to produce these for you if you don't find anyone local.
