I know what you're talking about though and I've owned two of them for nearly ten years.
I'm assuming you are referring to the collapsible PVC frames with a nylon fabric with elastic bands on the corners to cover its rectangle shape?
fwiw... It sometimes helps to cinch up the diffusion material with a few Pony® clamps to keep it from sagging away from the frame.
