Source for FREE looping backgrounds?

Can anyone recommend a good source for HD looping video backgrounds that is actually FREE of charge? After many Internet searches, so many websites claim to be free, but that's not really the case. THANK YOU in advance.
 
I'll use it to make "boards" to incorporate text. I'll also reduce them to use as lower thirds. Nothing gaudy in order to easily read the text. Thank you for your reply.
