Hey all,
I use the term student pretty loosely here. But I am, as some know, a recent grad of Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. My senior thesis production is a webseries pilot presentation (Two ~10min episodes) centered around the world of collegiate a cappella. We follow a (fictional) group, Bass Instinct through their first few days of auditions looking for new members for the year.
We wouldn't be an a cappella webseries without music. So we recruited Rob Dietz (a pretty big name in a cappella) to arrange our music and sent the tracks to Ed Boyer (huge name in a cappella, this guy mixed everything for The Sing Off on NBC) for finishing. We've already cleared the music and we are just about ready to be on iTunes in preparation of our release.
It's a quick turnaround on the project thanks to an a cappella movie getting picked up at NBC/Universal this morning. I want to get it live when the industry is still talking a cappella. I can show you an advance cut of what we have. I'm currently trimming edits now, going to have total picture lock by Sunday. I'd like to turn the project in 2 weeks.
Since this is a student production, and I am still gainfully unemployed, I don't have much to pay you. We exhausted much of our production budget. But I can pay you for a few meals.
Its an awesome project and it needs some finishing work done. If anyone can help, jot me a PM, please.
Thanks so much everyone!
