I'm sure all of you know, but...the MP-1 is a popular single XLR preamp that provides up to 66dB of incredibly clean gain (& very low noise) via a line level output. Some consider the limiters from SD to be the best in the business. You simply never clip. Also has phantom power and a low-cut filter as well.

If you don't have any preamps and are looking for crystal clear audio for your C200s - EVA1s - URSA Minis - ETC then this is a phenomenal solution.

Various scuffs exist on the unit but it's built like a tank. Unbreakable.
