Hello! I am regretfully for me selling my tough little worker bee of a portable preamp, the SD MM-1. It's a few years old, in great condition, and has served me well on a galore of occasions and uses. I've kept original packaging and information.
It's one channel phantom power preamp, professional quality good as ANY Sound Devices mixer/preamps. It's only limits are being one channel and no onboard VU meter (has a limiter light). It can run off double AA battery power and surprisingly that lasts a while. I've used it as a one man sound guy and on the move docu stuff. Great for one mic or Boom-Op feed, headphone monitor, the back has a firm clip for belts and accessories. Very portable can be held with one hand, though that wouldn't be too practical
More info at B&H site:

Retail it's selling for $499
MY TOTAL COST (including S&H and Paypal ): $329
I will also include a FREE quality 15' sky blue XLR cable. ALL PICS BELOW.
(A few months ago I successfully sold my Oktava microphone to a user on this forum, check my history, all positive feedback!
